Gods among us #3 CLOONEY

Gods among us #3 CLOONEY

A star so bright and hot, he makes the sun look like a minute match spark. God bless George Clooney. By Sophie Cranmer

Who knew there was evidence of a real god. 53 years ago, the second coming of Jesus happened in the form of a small boy named George Timothy Clooney. For his impeccable acting talent, he has received 3 Golden Globe Awards and 2 Oscars (2 more than Leonardo DiCaprio). Even though he may be growing older his charisma will remain forever young. Although teenage heart throbs, such as Zac Efron may be famous for their 5 minutes of fame in cheesy musicals , George Clooney is busy defying gravity and partaking in wars against mobsters--a lot more advanced than Zac could ever dream of.

George has come a long way since his bespowed iconic films such as Spy Kids and the blockbuster Oceans Twelve. Starring in 51 movies; each of which a variety of genres, his most recents being Gravity, The Monument Men and more famously The Ides of March (alongside Ryan Gosling, although we both know who really shone).

More recently, I have never felt jealously as strongly as I have In the month of October 2014 as I watched on as George married a profound British-Lebanese lawyer--Amal. He will remain timeless and a god of the acting world. Amen.

Hula hooping article

If you want a slim waist, forget the running, forget the gym, forget the diet, just purchase yourself a hula hoop.
I decided to try out a hula hoop and i can honestly say that i wouldn't look back.

The other day I decided to sit down for once in my life and actually relax and watch TV. How very stupid I was. My mind was opened up to a whole new world of excersize, a world that I'm not too keen on might I add. It's all too much hard work for me, its ridiculous how much some people spend just to get a flat stomach now a days. What happened to a good old fashioned run? I mean its free is that not enough?

But then I was shown a fairly cheap alternative to get me a slimmer waist. Hula hooping. I know you  may be thinking I'm insane or stupid, maybe even both, but this honestly works better than running, not that I've ever given that the light of day.  I purchased a hula hoop the next day, £4.00 from Tesco. Bargain. It has water in so its slightly heavier than most but that means that it works better, well, that's my logic anyway. It's perfect, you don't even have to set foot outside the comfort of your own home, you can do it whilst listening to music, watching the TV or eating.

Don't get me wrong I'm not slating my body, i've never hated it, but I've just had enough really. It's always in the media about being skinnier, having big boobs with a big bum but a tiny waist at the same time. I don't think people understand how difficult that actually is. The hula hoop however really works, I'd like to think my body now looks a bit like Kim Kardashian's not that anyone would agree, but going by the fact my body shape used to resemble that of Gemma's off of TOWIE, anythings an improvement.

Plus, Beyonce swears by hula hooping which is why she is known for having a curvaceous body but with a tiny waist. If she could hula hoop then so could I. In all honesty the last time I picked up one of the pissing things I was probably about 5, but never the less I gave it a shot and i wouldn't look back. The pounds are literally dropping off my waist, I think I'd even go as far as saying I'm half the woman i was 4 months ago. Hula hooping - the new lipo suction.
